Early Voting Begins: Choose Leaders Who Address Healthcare Costs

Early voting in Texas begins today, February 17, and runs through February 27. As Texans head to the polls, one issue continues to rise above the rest: the cost of healthcare.

Families and businesses across Texas are feeling the strain of higher premiums, surprise medical bills, rising prescription drug prices, and a lack of transparency in healthcare costs. 

In fact, voters across parties and regions consistently say healthcare affordability is one of their top concerns—and they are more likely to support candidates who prioritize lowering costs and protecting access to care.

That’s why this election matters.

Texans should support candidates, and keep incumbents, who understand the healthcare cost crisis and are committed to policies that advance affordability, access, and transparency, without one-size-fits-all mandates that drive costs even higher.
